If you’re not familiar with Rich Facciano, he’s a Delta legend who rode out on the Double Up RV tour back in the day with guys like Greg Nelson and Cory Kraut. About 10 years ago, Facciano picked up a wakeskate and hasn’t strapped in since. Now he’s launching a new wakeskate brand called Original Wakeskates whose name is inspired by his old friend Kraut.

The Delta enjoyed quite a renaissance in 2011, thanks in no small part to a breakthrough year for Josh Twelker and the documentation skills of Trever Maur. In fact, the tight-knit group from Discovery Bay was responsible for as much killer photography and video as any riding crew in the country. Every year the busy summer season comes to an end for us out here in Cali. After labor day weekend the boaters put away their boats and leave us with the warm water and perfect fall riding conditions. This morning Julien came out to Lake Anderson for his weekly ride and score the lake to him self and perfect conditions. We’ll let the photo do the talking. See ya on the water.
